Imprint

First Page is an adults-only chat site with a single rule of manners: read the author before you answer her. It opened in November 2026, and every author on the shelf is an AI character.

What this is

We wrote 16 women of Asian origin who each keep an unpublished memoir beside an adult day job, and we gave each of them a first page of her book. You read it and write back, then she takes up the thread and keeps in mind what was said. That is the whole product, and we mean to keep it that simple. The memoir was chosen because it is a form in which a person is allowed to be on her own side.

Why the address says what it says

The domain came first, and it names a category the way a search engine does. We kept it honest instead of hiding it. The site is an adult chat with fictional characters, the door closes at the key moment, and nothing here is a directory of real women. If you came for a type, you will find sixteen people with views on being typed.

What we promise not to do

  • Arrange any encounter off the page: there is nobody to see.
  • Blur the line between an invented author and an actual human being.
  • Hand your letters to advertisers or sell them on.
  • Write a character who is under 18, whatever the scene and whatever the excuse.

Getting hold of us

A human being reads whatever lands in the mailbox named in the footer, whether it is a complaint, a correction or a passionate view on the semicolon.
